NEW Mac Pro Longwear Collection & Extreme Dimension 3D Mascara

I just thought I would share some of MAC's new collection, the Pro Longwear Range.

"Pro Longwear for eyes returns with seven new shades. From creamy beige to brilliant blue-green and shimmer silver. Pro Longwear Paint Pots deliver highly dimensional colour with a luxurious finish. They apply smoothly and dry with vibrant intensity.

New shades of Pro Longwear Eye Liner define eyes with a dense, water-resistant formula that glides on comfortably and stays for 12 hours. From eggplant to army green and sheer gold, coordinate with Paint Pots for a chic, modern look that lasts."

Below, there are photos and a swatch of each of the Paint Pots in "Chrome Angel" and "Camel Coat", and the Pro Longwear Eye Liners in "Strong Willed" and "Definedly Black"

You can see the swatch of Camel Coat definitely comes off darker and more taupe then it initially looks in the pan. I love it! It literally lasts on me all day with no fading or creasing, and is a great staple lid color for a no-fuss girl. It has a nice matte finish and the color sits well on my skintone. I find this color to last on me a lot longer than my beloved Painterly.

Chrome Angel also lasts a super long time - i'm hugely impressed. It is a metallic finish, so it can look a bit patchy if you apply it with your finger. I use a flat, dense, synthetic brush instead to pack it on evenly. You will need a good makeup remover or cleanser to get these off at the end of the day!

Mac Paint Pots can be used alone, or under a corresponding eyeshadow to enhance the color payoff and get more hours of wear without fading.

These eyeliners are SUPER pigmented. They glide on super easily and leave behind a great amount of color payoff. Definedly Black lasted all day long for me in my waterline. I had to use a waterproof makeup remover to remove it - so I think these will be perfect for the warmer weather we are heading in to now. It also didn't run under my lash line, in fact it did not budge at all once it had set in place. I have not yet experimented with Strong Willed, but I will try it in a video soon.

 I also received this new Mascara! I had never tried a MAC mascara before, but this left me VERY impressed! I present to you, MAC's In Extreme Dimension 3D Black Lash Mascara!

MAC In Extreme Dimension 3D Black Lash Mascara

The brush reminds me a lot of Covergirls Lash Blast, which is my all time favorite style of mascara wand/brush. The formula is fantastic! Definitely a ton of volume, length and it doesn't leave my lashes feeling solid and stiff. The wand and formula gives me perfect lashes after ONE coat, or heaps of volume after two!
